ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sr. SME is primarily responsible for overall quality management and assurance. Below are the roles and duties of a Sr. SME. Responsible for understanding new project. Responsible for preparing and maintaining Quality SOP s. Responsible for Training resource for New and existing task with expected throughput. Responsible for doing regular Quality checks. Responsible for sharing feedback to the resource. Responsible for taking initiative for quality improvement. Responsible for handling doubts/quires of resource. Responsible for sharing updates and taking briefings. Responsible for taking technical round for new hiring. Preparing questions and facilitating for IJP and other internal assessments. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS M.sc/PHD. In biology PREFERRED SKILLS Knowledge of Microscopic data (Light Microscopy, EM, Florescent Microscopy etc.) Knowledge Histology data. Animal Cell Line. MS Excel
