Job Summary:
Shadowfax Technologies Ltd, is looking for a Sub Zonal Manager who will be responsible for
Last-Mile operations to deliver Groceries of Flipkart shipments in their respective regions. In this
role, you will be responsible for operations of 4-5 last-mile hubs
Key-Responsibilities:
- Manager operations of Last-Mile hubs to deliver grocery shipments using LCVs / Bikers
- Ensure all processes are followed and losses are contained in the hub
- Take ownership of building supply of vehicles to delivery shipments at an optimal cost
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Large / Volumetric shipments is mandatory.
- Prior experience in top-tier e-commerce or logistics platforms preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
