Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating and driving business growth for the Sub-Practice by focusing on demand generation, solution evangelization, delivery execution, and capability development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy a business strategy aligned with the SL and Practice strategy for the Sub-Practice. This includes establishing focus areas, business priorities, and portfolio choices. - Drive strategic partnerships with key Vendor Partners such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft. - Review and drive the execution of the strategy and business plan for the Sub-Practice, including monitoring demand pipeline and conducting regular reviews. - Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for the Sub-Practice, shaping the value proposition, branding, and product marketing plan. - Educate sales teams, client servicing teams, and clients about the offerings and differentiation of the Sub-Practice. - Collaborate with SL/Practice Leaders to increase account run-rates and drive growth through new account openings. - Drive Pre-Sales processes to increase win rates and generate new revenue. - Structure high-value strategic deals and drive Alliances and Partnerships to increase inorganic growth. - Develop revenue plans via solutions, IPs, and SaaS-based offerings. - Lead Delivery Assurance and Delivery Management in the Sub-Practice, ensuring effective technical scope management and solutioning. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in developing and deploying business strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Strong understanding of market trends, client expectations, and competition offerings. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to nurture vendor relationships and drive strategic partnerships. - Solid track record in driving revenue growth through demand generation, sales pipeline building, and pre-sales processes. - Experience in managing complex client escalations and ensuring delivery excellence. - Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth across projects.
