Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Study Abroad Counselor for our Ahmedabad office with a focus on UK education. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in guiding students through the study abroad process, particularly for the UK, and managing visa procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in handling study abroad counseling with a focus on the UK (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability in visa counseling, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in managing UK-specific educational counseling and student placement (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive knowledge of overseas educational systems and study opportunities.
• Familiarity with visa process intricacies, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Experience in direct sales, demonstrating an ability to engage and convert potential students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses in the UK, providing personalized counseling throughout the process.
• Assist students with the application process, including documentation, form submission, and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage the visa process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing comprehensive guidance to students and their families.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of students and stay informed about changing educational trends and visa policies.
• Engage in direct sales activities to promote educational programs and increase student enrollments.

• Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to develop partnerships and opportunities for students.
