Description
As a Study Abroad Advisor, your role involves guiding and supporting students through the process of studying overseas. You will assist students with program selection, application procedures, visa documentation, pre-departure preparation, and cultural adaptation. Your primary focus will be on helping students make informed decisions that align with their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, programs, costs, scholarships, and career pathways. - Assist students with application processes including documentation, admissions, SOPs, LORs, and visa formalities. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and global education policies. - Organize and conduct webinars, pre-departure orientations, university fairs, and student information sessions. - Collaborate with global university partners and maintain strong working relationships with embassies and consulates. - Track student progress, follow up regularly, and maintain student records using CRM systems. - Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, visa rules, and country-specific guidelines. - Support marketing and outreach initiatives including content creation, social media engagement, and event promotion. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in international education or student counseling. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of student visa processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).,
