International Student Agency (ISA) is a leading overseas education consultancy helping Indian students, especially from Kerala, secure admissions for MBBS and Nursing in Georgia.We work directly with Government and top private Georgian universities, providing end to end support including admission, visa, documentation, hostel allocation, airport pickup, and parent coordination.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring an experienced FEMALE Education Counselor who has previously worked in study abroad, MBBS abroad, or nursing admission counseling.The candidate must be confident, fluent in communication, student friendly, and able to handle end to end counseling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Counseling
Counsel students and parents for MBBS and Nursing in GeorgiaExplain eligibility, fee structure, hostel facilities, visa processGuide students on university selection (TSMU, BSU, UG, BAU, EEI, etc.)Handle daily WhatsApp, calls, and office walk ins

Documentation and Admission
Assist students with application formsCollect documents, verify correctnessCoordinate with ISA Georgia team for admission letters

Lead Handling
Handle inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website and InstagramCall, follow up, maintain track record in CRMConvert maximum leads into counseling sessions

Visa Coordination
Guide students about D3 visa requirementsCoordinate with parents for financial documentsUpdate students on embassy communication

Student and Parent Relationship
Build trust with Malayali familiesProvide clear, honest, and detailed guidanceMaintain warm, professional communication

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Must Haves:
Female candidateMinimum 1-2 years experience in study abroad or MBBS abroad industryStrong communication skills (English and Malayalam must; Hindi optional)Experience handling students and parentsGood knowledge of admission and visa processes

Added Advantage:
Experience counseling Kerala studentsExperience with MBBS Abroad, Nursing Abroad mandatoryKnowledge of Georgia admissions is a big plusCRM usage experience

Pay: ₹8,394.25 - ₹20,000.00 per month
