Job Description

As a Studio Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Showroom business, including Project Booking and Revenue, with a focus on ensuring a positive Customer Experience and effective Team Management. Your role will involve meeting monthly sales targets for projects by leading a team of 5 to 7 designers. Your key responsibilities will include managing the Sales funnel to achieve a minimum conversion rate of 40%, securing a minimum of 6 projects per ID or a minimum 40% conversion rate from leads provided. You will also be accountable for delivering a delightful Customer Experience at the Experience Center, overseeing end-to-end Project management until project delivery, and maintaining an average CSAT score of over 4 on every project. Additionally, you will be required to provide training and support to the team of designers to enhance their sales skills and help them achieve their targets effectively. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Qualification in Interior Designing, at least 7 to 8 years of experience in Business Development and Growth, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C Sales combined with Showroom management.,
