Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gandhinagar for Students or Freshers who have good English communication skills and are eager to build a career in Sales & Marketing / Lead Generation.

The role involves:

Generating leads through LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, Cold Calling and Online Research.Handling initial outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining prospect data.Assisting in digital marketing campaigns, content drafting, and client communication.Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.Learning modern B2B sales tools and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Strong English Communication: Good command over reading, writing, and verbal English.Sales & Marketing Interest: Eagerness to learn lead generation, digital marketing, and outreach.Research Skills: Ability to find and filter potential clients using online tools.Tech/Marketing Awareness: Basic knowledge of IT, web, or digital marketing services is a plus.Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and follow processes.Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (any stream). Students with interest in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of LinkedIn, Email Tools, SEO basics, or CRM will be an added advantage.👉 This role is best suited for college students or fresh graduates who are confident in English and looking to kickstart their career in Sales, Marketing, and Lead Generation.
