Job Description

The Student Admission Officer is responsible for managing and facilitating the student admissions process. This includes responding to inquiries, evaluating applications, guiding prospective students through admission procedures, and contributing to the institution's enrollment goals. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to student service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports on outreach activities, leads collected, and conversions.
  • Representing the institution at educational fairs, seminars, and events.
  • Working closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Review and evaluate application materials for completeness and eligibility.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, college visits, open days, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student/college records in the admissions database.
  • Liaise with academic institutions, colleges, universities and student services to ensure a seamless admission experience.
  • Provide feedback and reports on admission trends, application status, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Represent the institution in a professional and welcoming manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management
  • Previous experience in college level Admissions, Student services, Academic service role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and work in a team
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
