Student Support Executive

As a Student Advisor at EDUBEX, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards the right education path. Your responsibilities will include: - Speaking with prospective students to understand their goals and recommending suitable courses. - Providing guidance to students through phone calls, emails, and video consultations. - Maintaining follow-ups and tracking student progress using CRM or Excel. - Handling student queries professionally and with care. - Meeting monthly counseling and conversion targets. - Collaborating with the team to enhance processes and improve the student experience. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 6 months of experience in student counseling, telesales, customer service, or related fields. - Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Ownership of a laptop with a stable internet connection. - Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum from 12 PM to 6 PM daily. - Commitment to a full-time, long-term position with no part-time or student engagements.
