The Role Were looking for a Student Success Member who will be the go-to person for our enrolled students. This isn’t just about answering questions – it’s about making sure students feel heard, supported, and motivated to complete their courses. You’ll be handling everything from managing tough conversations with irate students to conducting engaging orientation sessions, coordinating with faculty for clinical attachments, and even building a referral network that contributes to revenue growth. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for students – answering queries, solving issues, and managing escalations. Handle conversations with tough or frustrated students calmly and professionally. Motivate and nudge students to stay on track and complete their courses.
