The Role

Student Success Member

If you enjoy working closely with people, can balance empathy with problem-solving, and are great at communication, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for students – answering queries, solving issues, and managing escalations.
• Handle conversations with tough or frustrated students calmly and professionally.
• Motivate and nudge students to stay on track and complete their courses.
• Conduct orientation and immersion programs to set students up for success.
• Keep internal teams updated on student progress and escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate with faculty regarding classes, clinical attachments, and student updates.
• Coordinate clinical attachments and ensure they run smoothly.
• Build strong relationships with students and faculty to generate referrals.
• Manage the referral pool and support revenue growth through referral opportunities.
• Document interactions, track issues, and make sure resolutions are followed through.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in student support, academic operations, or customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English ,Hindi and Local language ; knowing multiple languages is a plus.
• Confidence in handling tough conversations and resolving conflicts.
• Strong presentation skills for orientations and student sessions.
• The ability to persuade, build trust, and generate referrals.
• Someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
• Tech-friendly, with experience using LMS platforms and

  good with the full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
