Open Position

Role: Learner Success Manager (Night Shift)

Mode: On-site (Work From Office)
Shift: Night Shift (Shift allowance will be provided)
Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Looking for immediate joiners

Compensation: Up to 4.5 LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable)

Additional Benefits: Night shift allowance provided

Location: Simplilearn, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Key Responsibilities

Lead live classes, workshops, and provide technical/platform support.
Deliver
2025 hours
of weekly live learner interaction (classes, 1:1s, checkins, troubleshooting).
Support learners with empathetic, motivating communication across Slack, phone, email, and video.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and guidance through learning resources.
Track learner progress, share feedback, and collaborate with teams to improve the experience.
Build learner community through group sessions, events, and online engagement.

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for enthusiastic freshers with:

A bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field (BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, - BSc/MSc in Computer Science, MTech, etc.)
0-1 year of experience (bonus if you know Java, SQL, C/C++, R, Python, - - DevOps, ML/AI, Data Science, AWS, Azure, Agile)
Strong communication skills written and spoken
Confidence in public speaking (a big plus!)
