Student Relationship Officer

We are a renowned institute in Kolkata dedicated to shaping future leaders by delivering top-notch Digital Marketing guidance. We're currently looking for a Student Relationship Officer who will be the first point of contact for students and ensure an enriching, supportive, and seamless student journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular interaction and support.
• Act as a bridge between students and the academic/administration departments.
• Address student queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Guide students on course structures, schedules, career support, and institute resources.
• Assist in student onboarding and orientation programs.
• Monitor student satisfaction and proactively resolve issues affecting their experience.
• Coordinate with faculty and counselors for timely intervention and support.
• Maintain accurate records of student communication and updates.
• Participate in events, seminars, and open-house activities to represent the student support wing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Communication, or related fields).
• 1-2+ year of experience in student relationship management, or academic administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi , English and Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy-driven approach.
• Problem-solving attitude with a student-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during academic cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in an educational setup will be and added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems.
• Practical knowledge in Google sheet & excel sheet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
