Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Recruitment Counsellor, located in Guwahati. The Student Recruitment Counsellor will be responsible for recruiting students, conducting presentations, training sessions, and counseling students on their athletic career paths. The Counselor will also handle communication with prospective students and their families, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new recruits.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Experience in Recruiting and Student Recruiting
• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students and families
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience or background in sports or martial arts is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field
