We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our Campus Services Sales team.

The role will be based in India (Homebased).

If you are an experienced student recruiter or have worked within higher education before continually exceeding your targets then we want to hear from you. This is an exciting time to join CEG and grow your sales career selling our new managed campus product.

Key activities as part of this role:

• Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for Campus Services centres in London in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives
• Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions
• Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days

Requirements & experience we look for:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (essential)
• At least 2 years’ working experience in Sales role (essential)
• Evidence of previously exceeding and meeting targets (essential)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people (essential)
