Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Mobilizer / Admission Counselor based in Khusrupur, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The role involves identifying, engaging, and guiding prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their educational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting outreach activities, counseling students and parents, managing enrollment processes, maintaining accurate records, and meeting admission targets. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the organization's programs will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively counsel and engage with students and parents.
• Proficiency in organizational coordination skills, data management, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Customer service orientation with a goal-driven and result-focused approach to achieving admission targets.
• Basic proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Educational background or experience in guidance, counseling, education, or sales is an advantage.
