Role Overview: As a Mentor, you will provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to your mentee. Your primary responsibility will be to offer academic support and guidance to students, helping them excel in their studies. This will involve preparing study documents such as mark sheets and progress cards. Additionally, monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to parents to keep them informed about their child's development will be crucial. Collaboration with other mentors and teachers is essential to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
