Job Title: Academic Mentor – NEET/JEE

The Academic Mentor – NEET/JEE plays a vital role in guiding and supporting students throughout their exam preparation journey. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure students remain academically consistent, disciplined, and motivated. The mentor will closely monitor students’ attendance, academic performance, behavioural patterns, and overall progress. This includes tracking daily attendance, reviewing test scores, and identifying areas where additional academic support is required.

The mentor will also work as a bridge between students, faculty, and parents by providing regular updates on performance and addressing concerns promptly. In addition, the role involves supporting students in schedule planning, doubt-clearing coordination, exam strategies, and study-related challenges. The Academic Mentor must ensure a positive learning atmosphere and help students stay aligned with their academic goals for NEET/JEE preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor students academically.
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records.
• Evaluate test scores and analyse performance reports.
• Identify weak areas and coordinate remedial measures.
• Communicate progress to parents regularly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
