Student Counsellors - Destination UK

As a Student Counsellor for UK-bound students at AHZ Associates, your role is pivotal in guiding students towards their dream of studying abroad. You will engage with students through various channels, provide tailored advice, manage applications, and ensure ethical processing to help them achieve their academic aspirations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead calls & enquiries from interested students and event attendees - Engage with students via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assess students" academic backgrounds to provide personalized guidance - Offer advice on financial suitability and study options - Manage student applications through UCAS and direct submissions - Follow up regularly on student applications to ensure progress - Collaborate with the Visa & Compliance Team for ethical processing - Motivate students and manage relationships for positive outcomes - Work towards meeting and exceeding targets with conversion strategies - Establish professional relationships with Partner Universities Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in educational consultancy - Bachelor's Degree preferred, UK graduate is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities - Keen interest in international education and diverse cultures AHZ Associates offers a competitive salary, performance bonus, and perks along with career development opportunities.
