Job Description – Student CounsellorPosition: Student Counsellor Location: Gota, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹20,000 + Incentives Working Days: 5 Days Industry: Internship Training & Skill Development Leads: Provided by the company About the Role:The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding final-year students about internship-based courses offered by the company. The role involves counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and maintaining a positive engagement with students throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:Counsel students on internship-oriented courses and career pathways Handle incoming leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs Maintain proper records of student interactions and conversions Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with students and understand their career needs Basic computer knowledge Experience in counseling/admissions preferred, but not mandatory Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
