CODEWORK PRO LEARNING CENTRE (CPLC)

Student Counsellor (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on CPLC training programs and career opportunities in AI and technology.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings.
Build trust and rapport with students, understanding their career goals and aligning them with the right program.
Maintain follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.
Support the admissions process by ensuring smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets to qualify for incentives.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education consulting (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Passion for education, technology, and student success.
