We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Student Counsellor (Part-Time) to join our team. The counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for aspiring students, guiding them through our training programs, clarifying queries, and motivating them to enroll. This role is incentive-based, with earnings linked directly to admissions secured. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students on CPLC training programs and career opportunities in AI and technology. Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings. Build trust and rapport with students, understanding their career goals and aligning them with the right program. Maintain follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion. Support the admissions process by ensuring smooth onboarding of enrolled students. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets to qualify for incentives. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education consulting (preferred but not mandatory). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
