Student Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all academic batches on a daily basis. This includes allotting batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch) and managing operational activities such as batch formation, faculty coordination, and classroom arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch) - Manage operational activities and day-to-day life cycle of the institute including batch formation, faculty coordination, and classroom arrangement - Coordinate with students to oversee the end-to-end academic life cycle of each student - Remain unbiased towards team members and act as a problem solver - Implement new ideas and be open to workable suggestions - Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in academic batch management or related field - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to implement new ideas and be open to suggestions Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
