Student Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Academic Coordination:

• Coordinating with the Training Manager and Training Coordinator for Academic related matters
• Responsible for managing academic calendars and student schedules.
• Responsible for disseminating academic information and updates to students.
• Coordinating with the Examination Manager for scheduling and managing examinations.
• Responsible for managing Trainees details in the ERP for day-to-day training operations.
• Shall be responsible for student services during training operations to answer their queries and coordinate for parent interactions as necessary for the operations.

Administration related:

• Maintain and update the records of Trainees as per the regulatory requirement.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for Training Manager.
• Coordinating with Admin & Procurement team for timely availability of welcome Kits and other Trainees related items.
• Shall support to manage and maintain facilities, equipment and training materials

Other responsibilities:

• Shall ensure timely preparation of training reports for weekly meetings or monthly meetings.
• Should be willing to take up and handle additional responsibilities to support the team.
• This role will closely work with Training Coordinator and responds in his/her absence
