Job Title: Senior Officer – Student Success Location: Matunga (West), Mumbai Work Days: Mon–Sat (10 AM – 7 PM), Sat till 4 PM Experience: 2+ years (Customer Service / Sales preferred) Salary: Based on last drawn + Interview About Us: We are a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy helping students with admissions, visas, and end-to-end support for higher studies in the UK, Ireland, Australia, US, and Germany. Job Role: Act as the primary point of contact for students. Guide and support students throughout their study abroad journey. Build strong relationships and ensure excellent service. Coordinate with partners, universities, and internal teams. Maintain student records in CRM and track progress. Requirements: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Commerce or similar. 2+ years of work experience (Customer Service/Sales). Strong English & Hindi communication (other languages a plus). Proactive, empathetic, and confident personality. Passion for education & student success.
