Student Advisor

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Student Advisor at our company in Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to become a product expert and effectively present our products to both new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for connecting with potential customers, maintaining relationships through outbound calls and mailers, collaborating with team members to close sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will need to maintain a database of prospects in our CRM system and review your daily funnel for increased productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Become a product expert and present company products to new and old users - Connect and counsel potential customers - Maintain connections with prospects through outbound calls, mailers, etc. - Collaborate with teammates to close sales - Maintain a database and records of prospects in CRM - Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis - Prepare and review daily funnel for better productivity Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development or relevant roles - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in CRM handling and CTI - Knowledge of Excel and G-sheets would be an added advantage - Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach, fast learner, and passionate about sales - Must have a flexible schedule - Minimum of a graduation degree from any recognized university Additional Details: - Experience: 0-4 years (preferred inside sales experience in Edtech) - Working Mode: Work from office - Salary: Best in the industry - Language Preference for Chandigarh: English, Hindi (Knowledge of any additional language would be an advantage),
