Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with prospective clients based in the USA through various communication channels including calls, emails, and online platforms.
  2. Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential clients and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services tailored to the US market.
  3. Provide accurate information about our educational offerings, pricing structures, and promotional offers to potential clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Post-Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing US-based clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  2. Provide ongoing support to US-based clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing US-based clients.
  4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement measures to enhance the overall customer experience for our US-based clientele.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless post-sales support and service delivery for our US-based clients.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with US-based clients.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets targeting the US market.
  4. Good understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  5. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields will be an advantage.
  6. Freshers with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
