Key Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment by counseling prospective students and parents on study abroad options, including highly competitive universities and Ivy League institutions.
• Independently manage the end-to-end counseling process, from initial enquiry through to final admission, ensuring personalized support at every stage.
• Offer in-depth, country-specific guidance on university selection, admissions criteria, documentation, and visa processes for the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and Italy.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global admissions trends, scholarship opportunities, and changes in visa regulations for top study destinations.
• Build lasting relationships with students and their families by delivering transparent, high-quality admissions counseling.
• Proactively follow up with leads, referrals, and walk-ins to maximize conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in student admissions counseling for international universities, including substantial exposure to Ivy League and other globally top-ranked institutions.
• Demonstrated success in sales-driven, target-oriented environments within the education sector.
• Deep understanding of global study options, country-specific education systems, and university admissions processes across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more.
• Exceptional communication skills (English and local language), with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Adept at managing multiple student cases simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-focused setting.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred; specialized training or prior work experience in study-abroad or educational consultancy is highly valued.
