Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify the training needs for leaders in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop comprehensive training modules tailored to address identified needs.
Coordinate training meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Create and implement an evaluation system to monitor training progress and report findings to management.
Prepare audit reports to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Partner with plant leaders to identify and address leadership gaps within the organization.

Skills Required:

Expertise in Training & Development practices and methodologies.
Experience in creating and delivering leadership training programs.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and report insights to management.
Knowledge of L&D frameworks and tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address leadership gaps.
