Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify the training needs for leaders in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive training modules tailored to address identified needs.
  • Coordinate training meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Create and implement an evaluation system to monitor training progress and report findings to management.
  • Prepare audit reports to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Partner with plant leaders to identify and address leadership gaps within the organization.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Training & Development practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and delivering leadership training programs.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and report insights to management.
  • Knowledge of L&D frameworks and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address leadership gaps.
