Structural Lead - Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Structural Team Leader to head our India operations. This role is a vital link between our local team and the main Dubai office, and the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the structural team, from design and engineering to project delivery. A key responsibility will be to manage in-sourcing projects from our Dubai office. You will be supported by our teams in Dubai and our Global Design Center (GDC) in India.

This is a full-time position located in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Project and Team Leadership: Lead and manage the structural team in India, ensuring the successful execution of projects in-sourced from our Dubai office.

- Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team. Conduct project design reviews and provide continuous follow-up to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously, from the initial concept phase to handover.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for external consultants, including architects, facade engineers, and landscape designers. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

- Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the India and Dubai offices. Lead all project-related meetings with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Extensive Experience: Significant experience in leading and managing structural teams.

- Gulf Region Expertise: Mandatory prior exposure to and a deep understanding of projects in the Gulf region, with a strong preference for experience in Dubai. This includes a comprehensive understanding of regional building codes, standards, and cultural nuances.

- Residential & Commercial Projects: Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple residential and commercial projects.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
