Structural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman to prepare accurate structural drawings and plans for our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in structural drafting, with a strong grasp of relevant codes, standards, and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting tools
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs accurately
• Work closely with structural engineers to produce clear and precise technical drawings
• Prepare reinforcement detailing (RCC) and steel structural drawings
• Revise drawings as per engineer's feedback and site requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and local building codes
• Maintain an organized library of drawings and records

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), knowledge of Revit, Tekla, or similar software is a plus
• Strong understanding of RCC & steel detailing, structural elements, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in drafting
• Good communication skills and team coordination
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of IS codes and international drafting standards
• Familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus
