The Strategy and Research Analyst will support the Research lead in gathering, verifying and synthesizing political, governance, and public sentiment data for ongoing campaigns. This role is crucial in providing factual, timely inputs to shape narratives for our campaigns On-ground and digital. The role involves keeping a tab on media updates, in addition to all forms of Primary and Secondary Research.

Responsibilities:

Content Research: Track news, government releases, speeches, and public issues relevant to Governance and Political activities.
Fact-Checking: Verify claims and data before use in campaign content.
Data Compilation: Maintain organized records of references, sources, and statistics.
Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging issues and topics gaining traction online.
Reporting: Prepare concise research briefs for the content and design teams.

Preferred Qualification:

Prior experience in political or governance research.
Bachelor s degree in political science, Journalism, or related fields.
Strong analytical and writing skills.

Minimum Qualification:

1 2 years in research, journalism, or data-focused roles.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Planner, Teams. Outlook.
