Strategy Operations Product Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Strategy and Product, facilitating alignment on goals, timelines, priorities, and milestones.
• Convert strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, ensuring that product development aligns with business goals.
• Design and manage the execution of go-to-market strategies, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and refine processes that enhance collaboration between departments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of product launches and go-to-market operations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or product-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
• Proficiency in structuring and developing high-impact presentations for executive audiences, with an ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive clarity in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms
• Experience in advertising or fintech preferred but not required
