As a Supply Chain Digital Strategy CoE | SAP S/4HANA EWM Manager in Supply Chain Management, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Digital Core, focusing on the intersection of Business and Technology. Your responsibilities will include leading and delivering multiple projects, conducting business blueprint workshops, managing client stakeholders, and leading a team of technical consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and implement SAP S/4HANA Digital Core by operating at the intersection of Business and Technology - Lead and deliver multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget - Drive business blueprint workshops sessions for the EWM module - Lead business assessment and roadmaps for clients, advise on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality, and share implementation options to optimize key business processes for EWM module - Manage client stakeholders and Accenture project team - Define knowledge discovery in databases related to the EWM module - Lead a team of technical consultants for tasks related to configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities - Support & lead Pre-Sales Activities of the department - Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and continually improve processes for knowledge capture and leverage - Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business - Act as a mentor to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations - Conduct robust training sessions for the practice to develop the right talent - Develop and expand S/4HANA Supply Chain professional skills through continual learning and hands-on experience Qualifications Required: - MBA or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 college preferred - Bachelors degree in Engineering with good academic record - 4-6 years of experience in team management role - Good, in-depth experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA solution design, business case development, testing, and deployment - 4+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated experience in SAP or S4HANA implementations - Domain knowledge in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, warehouse operations is a must - Understanding of end-to-end cycle of S4 HANA project like Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, Post GO-Live is preferable - Good knowledge on integration aspects of EWM with other modules such as TM, MM, PP is beneficial - Experience in working on proposals and supporting the team in all aspects of SAP supply change management template Additional Details: Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
