You will be working as a Strategy & Expansion Executive at Nynii, directly collaborating with the Founding Team to enhance business growth and operational excellence in new markets. Your role will require analytical thinking, creativity, and efficient execution to translate Nynii's mission into measurable impact. Here are the details of your responsibilities: - Market Expansion: Identify and assess new markets, city clusters, and segments for business growth. - Strategic Planning: Assist in developing go-to-market (GTM) and operational strategies to expand Nynii's reach. - Execution Ownership: Lead on-ground initiatives for user acquisition, brand awareness, and service expansion. - Data & Insights: Analyze growth data, customer trends, and competitor activities to propose actionable strategies. - Partnerships: Engage with brands, local institutions, and community leaders to establish strategic alliances. - Process Optimization: Enhance internal workflows to ensure efficiency in operations, worker onboarding, and customer satisfaction. - Performance Tracking: Generate reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to track KPIs and project outcomes. As a qualified candidate, you should possess the following characteristics: - A self-starter with robust analytical and creative problem-solving skills. - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and capable of taking ownership of outcomes. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with senior management, partners, and external stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and inclined towards data-driven decision-making. - Passionate about women empowerment, employment access, and social impact. The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data tools. - Experience in market research, partnerships, or GTM strategy will be advantageous.
