Role Overview

Strategy & Expansion Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion:

  Identify and evaluate new markets, city clusters, and segments for business growth.

• Strategic Planning:

  Support the Founders in formulating go-to-market (GTM) and operational strategies to scale Nynii's reach.

• Execution Ownership:

  Drive on-ground initiatives for user acquisition, brand awareness, and service expansion.

• Data & Insights:

  Analyze growth data, customer trends, and competitor activities to recommend actionable strategies.

• Partnerships:

  Collaborate with brands, local institutions, and community leaders to build strategic alliances.

• Process Optimization:

  Improve internal workflows to ensure efficiency in operations, worker onboarding, and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Tracking:

  Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to monitor KPIs and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

  (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data tools

  .
• Experience in

  market research, partnerships, or GTM strategy

  will be an advantage.
