Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about services.
Answer Inbound Calls: Address clients inquiries regarding the companys services and assist in resolving their queries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Persuade potential clients to purchase services or schedule appointments with the team.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all client interactions, including calls made, sales achieved, and any follow-up actions required.
Handle Complaints: Manage client objections and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving for a positive resolution.
Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction or to provide additional information as necessary.
1. 0-2 year of experience in Experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
2. Highly motivated Freshers who have done internships are also eligible.
3. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
4. Experience in managing corporate partnerships
5. Interpersonal Skills and Organization Skills
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
