Strategy Consultant/ Intrapreneurial / Venture Startup

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and innovative Business Strategy Consultant to work closely with the founder in transforming abstract ideas into viable, scalable businesses. This is an intrapreneurial role for someone who can think boldly, execute with precision, and navigate ambiguity with ease.

You will be at the ground level of new product-driven ventures with conceptual direction and will play a critical role in bringing obscure ideas to life, building the business model, and shaping go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Venture Development:

   Refine and validate business ideas through market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing.

2. Strategy Building:

   Translate abstract or loosely-defined ideas into structured go-to-market strategies and execution roadmaps.

3. Business Modelling:

   Develop robust business models, pricing strategies, cost structures, and unit economics.

4. Prototyping & GTM:

   Oversee prototyping, customer testing, supply chain mapping, and marketing plan development.

5. Collaborating across departments:

   Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and branding partners to build MVPs.

6. Documentation & Detailing:

   Build detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation for each stage of the venture.

What are we looking for

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, new venture building, or D2C product businesses.
• Strong bias for action - comfortable working in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience taking a product or business idea from zero to one.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle both strategic thinking and operational precision.
• Familiarity with D2C, consumer goods, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
