Job Description

As a Sales Executive at The Garden Store, you will be responsible for driving growth through target-based sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and events. - Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Conducting market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends. - Pitching company products/services to prospective clients with a strong business understanding. - Scheduling and conducting meetings, presentations, and demos to convert leads into clients. - Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business. - Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. - Preparing and submitting proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications. - Tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and updating CRM regularly. - Representing the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. - Assisting in developing strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand presence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (industry-specific experience preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to plan, research, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events if required.
