Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing with a strong background in the hospitality industry, your role will involve leading procurement, supply chain, and sourcing initiatives for a growing regional portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Driving the transformation of the Strategic Sourcing function with a focus on cost optimization, sustainability, and innovation. - Defining and implementing market-focused sourcing strategies for a variety of goods and services. - Analyzing controllable spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and leveraging potential. - Building strong partnerships with business leaders to enhance vendor arrangements and improve value, quality, and service. - Managing vendor selection, contracting, and performance evaluation in alignment with procurement policies. - Developing and tracking vendor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Leading, coaching, and supporting procurement teams and property-level procurement resources within the region. - Conducting regular meetings with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and monitor progress. - Overseeing e-procurement sourcing events such as RFIs, RFPs, contracting, and project approvals. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering in negotiations. - Supporting pre-opening projects and ensuring strategic vendor utilization across new properties. - Managing OS&E, FF&E, and CAPEX procurement for projects and proactively resolving vendor challenges. - Developing supply base knowledge, building alliances with key vendors, and ensuring compliance with policy standards. - Supporting global procurement platform rollouts and technology adoption across participating entities. - Negotiating pricing, contracts, and SLAs to achieve optimal cost and service outcomes. - Preparing and presenting regular procurement performance reports and metrics. Qualifications required for this role: - Hospitality industry experience is essential. - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certification in Supply Chain Management preferred, or willingness to obtain. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management at a senior/strategic level. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. - Advanced MS Excel proficiency and ability to manage large datasets. - Strong understanding of business and contract law. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus. - Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. - Strong understanding of South Asia markets and vendor ecosystems.,
