Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies:
This involves identifying opportunities to optimize spend, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
Supplier Identification and Evaluation:
Researching and evaluating potential suppliers, assessing their capabilities, and negotiating contracts to secure the best terms.
Contract Management:
Drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier contracts to ensure compliance and optimal value.
Cost Management:
Analyzing spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with suppliers and the procurement process.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure a reliable supply chain.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, such as cost savings, delivery times, and supplier performance.
Collaboration:
Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, engineering, and operations, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
