What You’ll Do

Reach out to potential leads (generated by our digital marketing team) via cold calls and respond quickly to every opportunity.

Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication until closure.

Collaborate with the founders and growth team to refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and closing processes.

Track and report performance metrics, conversion rates, and new opportunities for improvement.

Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, demos, and partner conversions.

Drive referral-based sales: if you bring someone who refers paying clients and they purchase our services, you’ll earn additional commission even during your probation.

What We’re Looking For

0–1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales.

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable making 20–40 calls/day and handling rejections positively.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Familiarity with basic CRM tools and maintaining lead records.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent in follow-ups.

Compensation

Stipend: ₹5,000/month for the first 2 months (probation).

Based on performance, you’ll be eligible for an increment and performance-based bonuses.

Referral Incentive: Earn 10% commission on any successful deal generated through your referrals, even during your probation period.
