This means you will: Learn sales + outreach from scratch . Get real experience in startup growth . Have your earnings grow as you deliver results. What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities) Outreach to 25+ job seekers daily on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook groups. (We’ll provide scripts and guidance). Identify 5–7 quality leads per day — meaning job seekers who: Are actively searching for new roles. Have 2–8 years of professional experience (IIT/IIM/Tier-1/Tier-2 background preferred). Can afford to pay for premium services. Enter every lead into our Google Sheet CRM with complete details (contact info, background, notes). Update status daily (New / In Discussion / Converted / Rejected). Coordinate with the founder for improving scripts, pitch, and lead quality . Share end-of-day report in the CRM (transparency is key). Performance Expectations We believe in clear numbers instead of vague targets: Outreach/day: 25+ people Qualified Leads/day: 5–7 Conversions/week: 1–2 (on average) At the end of each week (Monday review), we will see: How many quality leads you brought. How many converted into paying clients. Your incentive earned (added to your sheet). Compensation Structure We respect your effort and make payouts transparent: Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000/month (for first 6 months). Performance Incentives: ₹200–₹500 per converted lead (depending on package purchased by client). Earning Potential: ₹6,000–₹10,000/month if you perform consistently. 👉 Example: If you bring 30 qualified leads in a week and 2 convert → you earn ₹3,000 (fixed) + ₹400 + ₹300 = ₹3,700. If you bring 8 conversions in a month → you can touch ₹9,000–₹10,000 easily. All incentives are verified via our CRM sheet so there’s no confusion. Sales Executive (Internship / Entry-Level) Location: Remote | Type: Paid Internship (Performance-Based) Company: https://jobiffy.co/ What You’ll Do Reach out to potential leads (generated by our digital marketing team) via cold calls and respond quickly to every opportunity. Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication until closure. Collaborate with the founders and growth team to refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and closing processes. Track and report performance metrics, conversion rates, and new opportunities for improvement. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, demos, and partner conversions. Drive referral-based sales: if you bring someone who refers paying clients and they purchase our services, you’ll earn additional commission even during your probation. What We’re Looking For 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable making 20–40 calls/day and handling rejections positively. Fluent in English and Hindi. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and maintaining lead records. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent in follow-ups. Compensation Stipend: ₹5,000/month for the first 2 months (probation).
