Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Management Thought Leader, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of delivery on multiple engagements. You will serve as a thought leader, directing client relationships, recruitment efforts, and development of training plans for delivery resources. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing transition management, project governance, project intake, and tracking of project plans. Your leadership will drive demand management, resource forecasting, and implementation of project schedules. Additionally, you will play a key role in communication with stakeholders, ensuring quality documentation of processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a thought leader and lead all aspects of delivery on multiple engagements - Lead and direct client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction of services - Lead recruitment efforts for delivery resources and develop training and certification plans - Provide leadership for transition management and disseminate specialist knowledge - Oversee project governance and track maintenance of project plans - Partner with client stakeholders to ensure business cases reflect strategic priorities - Monitor and escalate risks and issues, leading resolution of critical items - Drive demand management and resource forecasting processes - Ensure quality documentation of processes and training materials - Lead stakeholder relationships related to project status and team performance - Implement process improvements and measure performance metrics across engagements - Lead resolution of operational risks and successful service transitions Qualifications Required: - CAPM or PMP certification and Agile Certification - Demonstrated expertise in project management and PMO Domains - Proven track record in implementing PPM systems - Strong planning and execution skills to consistently deliver high-quality results - Ability to drive decision-making and consensus across client counterparts - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams towards improving performance - Strong knowledge of project governance and ability to oversee multiple teams effectively (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
