Job Description

Role Overview: As the Managing Opex Procurement for Facilities at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will involve managing Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects, ensuring vendor compliances, stakeholder management, and maintaining strategic supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects - Handle Contact Management, Indirect Procurement / Purchase, Vendor Development, and Consolidation, Supply Chain Management - Oversee RFI/RFQ/RFP, and Spot Buy for facility management related supplies and services - Maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage contractual relationships for continuous improvement - Responsible for day-to-day Opex & Engineering supplies and services procurement and managing AMC of the same Qualifications Required: - 4 to 10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement category - Experience in managing Engineering & Maintenance related procurement in a similar type of IT/ITES Industry - Hands-on experience in managing Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with high problem-solving skills - Strong Commercial Acumen and experience of working in an APAC environment Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
