Are you someone who lives for creativity, thrives on new ideas, and loves being at the intersection of design, content, and commerce? We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Innovation Executive to join our tight-knit, high-energy team at Ellement Co.

This role is perfect for someone who’s part creator, part strategist, and part e-comm ninja. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced—both online and offline—while working across content, campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.

What You’ll Be Doing1. CreateVisual Magic:Design beautiful, on-brand content for social media, product packaging, emails, campaigns & e-commerce platformsBring our brand to life through pitch decks, catalogues, and promotional assets2. Make Videos That Stop The ScrollPlan and edit Instagram Reels, how-to videos, brand campaigns and moreAssist in shoots to ensure polished and aesthetic video content3. OfflineDesign That Wows IRLCreate salon marketing material (tent cards, brochures, standees)Help bring events and pop-ups to life with visual branding4. Own Our Visual IdentityMaintain consistency across every single touchpointTurn brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative5. Stay Ahead of the TrendsKeep your eye on what’s hot in design, beauty, and digital storytellingPitch creative concepts and campaign ideas that set us apart6. Manage Our E-commerce CatalogUpdate listings on our website + platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa and othersEnsure every SKU has accurate and attractive content, excellent imagery and A+ cataloguing.7. Keep the Website FreshRegularly update homepage banners, product pages, and blog contentUse SEO tools to boost discoverability8. Plan & Post Like a ProBuild out social media calendars for both Ellement Co. and Nail AcademyDesign and post content, engage with our community, and track performance9. Data = StrategyReview monthly reports, ad performance, and social insightsTurn numbers into ideas for marketing strategy10.
