Make Videos That Stop The Scroll Plan and edit Instagram Reels, how-to videos, brand campaigns and more Assist in shoots to ensure polished and aesthetic video content 3. Offline Design That Wows IRL Create salon marketing material (tent cards, brochures, standees) Help bring events and pop-ups to life with visual branding 4. Own Our Visual Identity Maintain consistency across every single touchpoint Turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative 5. Stay Ahead of the Trends Keep your eye on what’s hot in design, beauty, and digital storytelling Pitch creative concepts and campaign ideas that set us apart 6. Manage Our E-commerce Catalog Update listings on our website + platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa and others Ensure every SKU has accurate and attractive content, excellent imagery and A+ cataloguing. 7. Keep the Website Fresh Regularly update homepage banners, product pages, and blog content Use SEO tools to boost discoverability 8. Plan & Post Like a Pro Build out social media calendars for both Ellement Co. and Nail Academy Design and post content, engage with our community, and track performance 9. Data = Strategy Review monthly reports, ad performance, and social insights Turn numbers into ideas for marketing strategy 10. About the Role Ellement Co. Nail Academy is expanding, and we're looking for a warm, welcoming, and proactive team member to be the first point of contact for aspiring nail professionals. This role blends sales, administration, client communication, and business development, helping us grow the Academy and build long-term relationships within the beauty and nail community. You will be responsible for calling leads, guiding them through course options, scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and identifying collaboration opportunities that support the Academy's business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales Make warm and cold calls to prospective students and partners. Explain academy courses, benefits, schedules, and fees clearly and confidently. Convert inquiries into center visits, demos, and course enrollments. Diligently follow up on all leads with a structured process. Client Experience & Coordination Be the friendly and helpful voice/face of Ellement Co Nail Academy. Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and meetings for academy trainers and management. Maintain organized communication records and ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Assist with daily admin tasks, attendance, and documentation. Business Development & Collaborations Spot potential growth opportunities with salons, influencers, and beauty institutes. Support in executing small partnerships, workshops, or events. Coordinate with the Ellement Co team for cross-promotions and brand visibility. Operations & Administration Keep CRM and lead trackers updated. Maintain schedules, calendars, and basic reporting. Assist in building a strong student community through WhatsApp groups, feedback cycles, etc. Ideal Candidate Warm, patient, and confident on calls. Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi). Diligent with follow-ups and highly organized. Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets. Ability to multitask between admin + sales responsibilities.
