As a core member of the Partnerships team at NeoDocs, you will play a crucial role in leading the vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. You will have the opportunity to contribute to India's healthcare revolution, collaborating closely with the healthcare ecosystem and potentially impacting lives across the country. **Responsibilities:** - Building NeoDocs business development strategy - Identifying partnership opportunities and verticals - Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders - Initiating and successfully executing pilots, converting them into long-term collaborations - Ensuring customer success and maintaining continuous communication - Establishing a feedback loop from partners to internal teams - Co-building case studies with partners - Working closely with internal design and content teams to develop required pitching and enablement materials **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/ Consulting field - Experience working in the healthcare industry is a must - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel to partner locations - Excitement about the challenges and opportunities within a startup environment - Focused, goal-oriented mindset - Passion for addressing challenges in the Indian healthcare ecosystem - Bonus: Previous experience in a relevant field,
