Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Partnerships & Alliances professional based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, managing relationships with existing partners, and driving collaboration to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify opportunities, creating strategic plans, overseeing account management, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Strategic Partnerships and the ability to foster and manage business relationships
• Proficient in Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making to identify growth opportunities
• Experience in Account Management to develop and nurture relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record in Sales and a deep understanding of business development strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or technology sector will be a significant advantage
